OPERATION CLEARWATERS-for zero hour expansion
by Danilo. 2005

In this mission your task is simple: you must eliminate all mass-destruction weapons, weapons facilities and every enemy troop in the area.
You received great financial (supply zones) and military (airports and planes) support by our allies, but this help is heavily subjected to international opinion.

Percentage of pros will rapidly decrease with the time: as the agreement decrease too much you'll start loosing allied support. If the percentage falls to <50, your compaign will be stopped by the US Congress.
NOT SURE IF IT'S A GOOD THING FOR YOUR CAREER, COMMANDER.

So, take always a look at public opinion: you can easily lose public support if you hit any civilian target, so be carefull with your strike missions. Don't hit civilians becouse if they suffer too much losses the international media immediately will require the end of your mission.

On the other hand, you could gain public support by striking military targets like scud sites, scud launchers and weapons factories.

Intelligence reports 2 camouflaged scud sites (revealed on the map for a few seconds at the start of the game) and weapons facilities at various unknown locations...Moreover, some scud launchers are all over the map, well defended by AA sites and AAA units. S&D it!

Clear the coastal zone controlled by enemy troops to receive some reinforcements and start ground operations.

Most important, you can take advantage by your initial troups (USA Commando) if you load it into the combat helicopters (pathfinders, col. Burton and anti-tank units can shoot at enemy troops at very long range and you can also transport them at strategic locations for groung ops), but remember: if your commando will be destroyed, you'll lose the game.

Not really difficult to win, but easy to lose.

GOOD LUCK, COMMANDER!
